Do you work with insurance companies and loss adjusters?
Yes. We source suitable temporary accommodation for policyholders whose homes are uninhabitable, and we keep everyone updated throughout the stay. After agreeing requirements and price, we send an invoice to be paid to secure the booking.
What if the repairs take longer than expected?
For longer stays where the end date isn't clear, we generally work on a rolling 28-day payment system, with the following 28 days paid 14 days in advance. This gives flexibility with no long-term obligation.
Can you house a whole family close to home?
We find whole homes from our nationwide network of vetted hosts, aiming to keep families close to school, work and their own property wherever possible.
Is there parking and wifi?
Our properties come with free parking and superfast wifi, and are fully equipped so you can settle in from the first night.
